But here’s where we really stand-out
We charge only 2% to sell your property. If the buyer isn’t represented by a broker, 2% is all you will ever pay. If the buyer is represented, you’ll typically pay an additional 2.5% to the buyer’s broker (4.5% in total). This differs dramatically from traditional brokers, where sellers must pay the full 5% to 6% even if the buyer is unrepresented. In short, we will save you up to 4% on your sales price.

How do traditional brokers charge?
On any sale, commission is paid only by the seller to their broker (typically 5% – 6%). Seller’s brokers will then split half of that commission with a buyer's broker who brings a client to the deal. However, if the buyer is unrepresented, traditional brokers will retain the full commission.
How does United Broking charge?
While we still offer typically 2.5% to buyer’s brokers (to attract represented buyers equally as well as traditional brokers do), you will only pay this commission if the buyer is represented. If not, the most you will ever pay is our low, low fee of 2%. We’re sure you’ll agree this is a much fairer system than the ‘old’ way.

Brooke and Tom are each selling their $1 million homes. Brooke uses United Broking and sells her home to an unrepresented buyer, paying only 2% in commission ($20,000). Tom uses a traditional broker, and even though his buyer is also unrepresented, he still pays the full 6% in commission ($60,000). The difference is clear.
